Geen identiteitsmodel. Hij is heel eenvoudig te begrijpen, met de 4 kwadranten en de kleurtjes maken het heel plakbaar. Vaak merken we dat het wel te sterk tot de essentie wordt herleidt. Je krijgt dan reacties in een groep van bijvoorbeeld sales: \u201cAwel das ne rooie\u201d past daar mee op. Of dat is ne blauwe, hij heeft meer cijfers nodig. Au fond zit daar wel wat waarheid in, maar de valkuil schuilt hem in niet meer willen luisteren naar de andere, en hem in een rol vast te
