Why is this multicultural workshop necessary?
In multicultural teams, different communication styles, cultural logics and unconscious thought patterns clash. Many misunderstandings seem rationally explainable, but in reality also touch on feelings, body language and identity. Therefore, an approach that relies only on logic does not work: true connection also requires attention to heart and body.
Our workshop combines clear frameworks with playful experience, delay and safe dialogue. We reveal unconscious patterns (such as in-group bias or WEIRD thinking Western, Economical, Industrialised, Rich & Democratic), explore how emotions and body react in cross-cultural situations, and practice concretely new ways of listening and collaborating.
