Imagine a frog in a pot of water. If you throw it straight into boiling water, it will jump out in no time. But if you heat the water slowly, it will stay there—until it’s too late. Sounds illogical? Yet that’s how it works in organizations too. We get used to small adjustments, keep postponing things, and before we know it, we’re stuck in a system that no longer works. Sound familiar?
