Team building in Ghent around getting to know each other better and strengthening communication
For Dental centre De Pinte we supervised a half-day teambuilding event in the Ghent region, in the beautiful salon of Maison D'Alix.
The team had previously worked briefly with DISC, you know “the colours”, mainly to get to know each other better, but had not done much with it....
Our approach
DISC was briefly used as a reference, not a main model
A focused game (game-based learning) made communication patterns visible
From that experience, we continued to work with connecting communication: how do you express what you need, even under pressure?
👉 This case fits closely with our internal processes around game-based learning and connecting communication, with an external setting to distance ourselves from the shop floor.
Result:
More mutual understanding, calm in consultation and a shared language to discuss differences. A great point to land for this fine group with this inspiring workshop.
Case 2 - Volvo Trucks Ghent
Leadership kick-off and talents in the collective
For Volvo Trucks in Ghent, we facilitated a leadership kick-off workshop.
