5) Program tailored to your team

• The start is at 5:00 PM, and the end is at 5:00 PM (after 48 hours), this is fixed, as well as 60% of the assignments and the program
• 40% we do tailor-made for your team. i.e. Specific expectations in sleeping place, catering, specific workshops in the challenges of your organization,..
• This is based on the intake interview.
