  • Bringing up difficult topics with play

An experiential afternoon full of methodologies, insights and safe experimentation.

Welcome to this special edition, where we show you how to bring even the most difficult topics — such as tensions, feedback, boundaries, change stress, emotions or underlying frustrations — to the table... without it becoming too heavy.
Not a traditional education, but an invitation to discover how play can lighten difficult conversations, break deadlocks and create genuine connections.

This is our playground: a safe place to try, tinker, fall, laugh, start again — and see what works. Expect cross-pollination, practical inspiration and honest conversations with professionals who believe that playfulness helps us go deeper.

    What can you expect?

    • Discover playful methodologies to make difficult topics discussable — without confrontation, but with effect.

    • Experience new ways of working reduce tension and open up conversations, even when the subject is sensitive.

    • Practise with realistic cases on topics such as feedback, resistance, undercurrents, conflicts or team dynamics.

    • Learn how play reveals behavioural and group patterns, so you can get to the heart of the matter more quickly.

    • Work with creativity and humour to enable honesty and vulnerability.

    • Reflect on out-of-the-box ways — No flipcharts, but surprising materials, movement and playful stimuli.

    • Gain insight into your own style dealing with stress, and discover how play can strengthen your strengths.

    • Experiment together with other curious doers and thinkers who want to learn how to facilitate difficult conversations in a lighter way.

And yes, this also includes something tasty — because difficult things are easier to digest with a good lunch and light-hearted chats in between.

    Why participate?

This afternoon is not a training session you sit and watch, but an experience in which you actively feel how play opens doors that would otherwise remain closed.
You will learn how to discuss difficulties without heavy atmosphere — and how to guide teams, clients or groups with more lightness, safety and impact.

You test new methodologies, share experiences with others, and leave with tools you can use tomorrow.

    In short

    • You are tired of difficult topics heavy need to feel.

    • You want new, playful methods for initiating difficult conversations.

    • You want to experiment in a safe and relaxed environment.

    • You are seeking fresh inspiration and practical tools to defuse tension.

    • You want to learn with humour, fun and depth.

    • You want to connect with like-minded people who also believe that playfulness works — especially when things get tough.
